Audi A6 2.7 Tdi S-line ( 2005 ) Avant.
Two years ago I changed the original rear lights for LED ones as supplied and fitted by my local Audi dealership.

For 18 months they have been intermittently flashing and despite a couple of visits back to the garage - they confirmed that lights and control unit were not faulty, they still flash. My wiper and washer had stopped working and I thought water was leaking into the boot (maybe onto a loom) from this fault and causing the flashing. After stripping it all down I found that there was leak of water from the washer and I've fixed it with a new unit - but LED lights still flash.

Has anyone come across a similar issue or has anyone replaced a rear wiring loom and if so, where does it connect to after entry into car thru' tailgate plastic hinge cover. Any comments welcome
Thanks
