Soo this week I decided to tackle some stuff...
Bought Valve Cover Gasket sets from Audi and a fuel filter also did serp belt and tensioner, as well as a nice new set of 3199 NGK plugs.
I work for Honda and found our parent company had an Audi dealer so parts for cost helped... and a nice shop to do it all helped.
I just want to say thanks to everyone for the how to's they came in handy... anyone worried about doing this. It's not bad, I did it in 2 days passenger side one and drivers side tonight.
Found out my extreme oil loss was due to the 2 rear half moon seals being missing which would also explain the rough idle at times.
Take your time, don't strip bolts but if I can do it (I'm a service advisor not a tech LOL)...
Ended up using a 1/4" ratching wrench with a torx bit inside it for the rear bolts worked like a charm.
Car feels completely different so smooth, gas mileage jumped alot as well. But doesn't surprise me at the condition the plugs were in.
But anywho... it's not too bad just have the right tools and patience it's a worthy investment of time.
And a finished glory shot
