    Default Dyno Test Results

I thought i would share the results of my dyno test on a Mustang dynamometer. The car is a stock 2005.5 B7 S4 with LW pulley. I will be installing FI dps and catback exhaust next week and will re-dyno. Ultimately, I will get JHM tune and get a final dyno.

    Pull 1: max torque = 229 ft.lbs max HP = 237
    Pull 2: max torque = 242 ft.lbs max HP = 245
    Pull 3: max torque = 244 ft.lbs max HP = 247

Congrats on getting your car on the rollers. Mustang dyno's are not forgiving as typically they read much lower than dynojets. Was your car being tuned at the time? Do you have a sheet to post?

that's close to what I've seen a stock car do on a mustang dyno.

Can you scan up the dyno charts?? I'm curious to see what they look at.

As I have no idea what S4's are supposed to make, I can't comment on the numbers lol

Is the car a 6MT or a TIP? Where did you have the pulls done?

Agreed, Mustang dyno's are one of the lowest reading dyno's out there

The car is 6MT and the pulls were done at ECS Performance in Connecticut. I have a PDF file for pulls so can someone tell me whats the best way to post them.

    Thanks

Save them as a JPEG and then upload them to photobucket or some other host.

Those numbers dont seem too bad at all. Most stock 6MT cars are putting down around 260whp. Mustang dynos read a little low.

I ran my car on the ECS dyno in 2009. With only a cat-back i put down 265hp/261tq.
