Default Got the car tuned and dyno'd this last week.

So after doing some research, and not wanting any down time. I decided (contrary to the masses and went against the people) and went with Unitronics Stage 2 chip. Along with the EvoMS intake and a custom Borla 2.5" catback with x-pipe.

Dyno was at National Speed in Wilmington, NC. Where the car was dyno'd the first time completely stock sans a K&N drop in.

    Stock: 264awhp and 253awtq

    Tuned: 282awhp and 284awtq

This is still with completely OE downpipes which will be swapped for catless downpipes this weekend. I was throughly pleased with the results.

Will post the sheet when I get home.

What type of dyno was it? Mustang or dynojet? I had my stock 2005.5 S4 6MT on a mustang dyno last week and it produced 247awhp and 244awtq. Having a 2.5" FI dps and exhaust installed today and will redo the dyno.

DynoJet at National Speed. And every dyno is different guys so your numbers and mine will NEVER be the same. Dyno's are tools...

I went there and will always go there since 1 the shop is fantastic and thats where my baseline dynos were done.

I agree that ever dyno is different and they should only be used as tools. What was your baseline dyno and what improvement did you get from the piggies and non-res exhaust?

ita a dyno jet which reads the highest out of all dyo's on the market. I have a borla catback myself and as much as I would love to admit that it provides the most power as a catback I know that there is better. I would love to gut my downpipes and send in my ecu to JHM which I will with due time but research has proven JHM the way to go. and regardless of "dyno" sheets that is my next mod- JHM tune with piggies. No one will ever defeat that 1/4 mile time and it is the 1/4 mile that defines everything for the b6/7 platform for the car and for me on these forums and till anyone proves me otherwise I am JHM all the way baby!!!! Results speak for themselves!!!

Big thanks to everyone on this forum and all forums that spoke out against the m90 and all modifications that robbed people of some hard earned cash! Rock on to those whose spoke out against the majority that felt cheated through "evidence" of a "dyno". I have yet to see any of these companies prove JHM wrong and until they do, props to JHM for teaching people to believe in performance over hype!! much respect to the JHM crew

Personally I don't care. Its your car you do whatever you want to it. However, this very forum is sponsored by JHM. So if you're trying to get away from them you came to the wrong place. There are a lot of JHM nut swingers in here including myself.

BTW this is at the top of the b6 forum:

Discussion and Information for the B6/B7 S4 and RS4 (2003-2008). Sponsored by JHMotorsports
