A. Using the Ignition

1. Place key in ignition
2. Turn key to Accessory Position- Don't start the car
3. Hold the unlock button on the key fob for a few seconds

B. Using the Drivers Door Lock Cylinder

1. Insert key in drivers door lock cylinder
2. Turn key to the unlock position
3. Hold unlock button on the key fob for a few seconds

I read this a day late! Yesterday I just went to Audi and bought a 2nd Key and they charged me $130 to Program it!!! Oh Well!!!!
