    Default R.A.I. Motorsport Presents: B5/B6 Turbo Kit!!




    After a long hiatus, we are now ready to release our B5/B6 A4 1.8t Turbo kit! With simplicity in mind we have constructed and provided the basic components needed to begin building your 325~450awhp+ monster!

    The Basic kit cost: $1,620

    This includes:
    • PSI Concepts Manifold (T3 Flange)
    • Cometic T3 Gasket
    • Heat Shield
    • 3" Downpipe/Test Pipe section (bolts to factor exhaust or whatever existing exhaust you have with the 3bolt flange)
    • Three O2 Bungs/Plugs (installed already on DP)
    • Necessary Hardware
    • Tial 38mm Wastgate
    • Stainless Steel V-Band Clamp
    • Oil feed/return lines

    The intermediate kit for an additional $390 will include all of the above plus:
    • K&N Air Filter
    • TT225 Maf housing
    • All Necessary clamps/couplers
    • 3" Aluminum Elbow

    The MASTER Kit includes the proven Evolution Racewerks competition series FMIC custom tailored to meet the design of this kit and cost and additional $1,650. The rest of the components are:
    • Samco DV
    • All necessary clamps, hoses, vacuum lines, and piping
    Now choose your turbo!
    • GT3071 $1,325
    • GT3076 $1,250
    • Precision Turbos are also available (call for pricing)
    IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE GTX (BILLET) LINE OF THE ABOVE TURBOS PLEASE CALL FOR PRICING.


    Finally, the last decision to be made is fueling. If you chose to go with one of the Unitronic BT files those will be an additional $890 (in 630cc and 830cc injector flavors)

    Looks awesome Today I saw a USP driving and it made me regret selling mine, this might be a good reason to pick up another one!
