    Default Terrible Service at Anchor Audi. Avoid at all costs!!

    I am fed up with Anchor Audi service! Everytime I go there with a problem I come out with a worse problem. Starting from the beginning...
    My 1st service with Anchor was with my RS4. I had a slow leak in the tire and I brought it looking for a new tire under a protection plan I bought. Anchor took my RS4 on Thurday afternoon and returned on Monday with the explanation that it only needed air. Upsetting that it took Friday Saturday and Monday to figure that one out. But more upsetting when I left and found myself with a flat on that tire on the way to work. Crappy Service! So I take it back and they alert me that I have damaged the rim this time and need to pay for a replacement. My arguement for that was they released it to me with a flat and that they needed to take reponsibility for doing that. Besides the fact that it has full coverage they argued until finally the manager realized there error and fixed the problem over nite. Next time I went in with my Rs4 was just for an HID bulb out. That took 3 days aswell to fix just a bulb. And they knew it was a long time to fix it. But the next real mess came with my A8. That car I brought in for an Oil change. Easy right? Anchor returns my A8 to me with every dash light and warning light on. How could they do that? So after waiting for 5 days I get an apt. to fix the new probems at hand. According to Anchor they accidently puntured an Oil line, and were fixing it immediately. However no one came to clean all the oil off my Brand newly paved driveway. Droplets of Oil all over my property because of this incompetence. Terrible Service experience on that one! So I do not know why but I brought that A8 back to Anchor because the RSN-E stopped working. The manager Joe had no idea what that was so I explained, Both Radio, Navi, Phone are not working at all, I need a service. Anchor quotes me $2500.00 to fix it out the door. And, I denied the service, it was too pricey and I felt I could do better elsewhere. So I ask for the car back and when I drive home it overheats! This is upsetting because it was never an overheating problem before. However the Radio, Phone, Navi is working perfectly. It just needed a reset. So, I am even angrier because Anchor just tried to take me for $2500.00 even thought the part works perfectly. It just needed a restart. The manager Joe is a liar! Tells me lies evertime I am there. And now he doesnt want to fix the overheating problem because he feels he is not responsible. I just feel with the track record that they have with me that they are responsible. And, I cannot believe anything they say anymore because of the lies of the past. Everythinhg that goes on there is behind closed doors and it should be met with some scrutiny because of whats at stake and the amounts involved. My advice is dont go there. I will be looking for an alternative as of now. But truthfully I am about to sell both cars, its not worth the aggrivasion.
