Seems there was a lot more going on when I had an rs4 .
What happened? Has everybody moved on ?

What happens when Schroedinger`s cat and Lorenz`s butterfly meet Laplace`s demon ?
wow - haven't seen you on the boards in ages.
Not at all, in fact I think just the opposite. APR has released an RS4 Tune & Super Charger, JHM is in the process of releasing a tune, lwcp, full 2.75" exhaust not to mention they already released the intake spacers and lw rotors. Clutch/flywheel combo was easy since it carried over. JHM is also developing their RS4 S/C offering right now. MRC has been testing their super charger and I believe there are more tuners trying to join the competition for the platform.
What made you think otherwise?
It's a natural progression I think, the longer a platform is out th more tuners copy from others or out in the time to develop parts.

I`ve been checking the boards out for some info but it seems really scarce.
APR had released the RS4 tune & supercharger back when I still had an RS4 .
JHM had the tune back then too. Are they any closer to slapping a v3 on an rs4 ?
The thought of the 2.75 " exhaust is kind of amusing. I kept telling everybody it was a good ideea back in 2009.
I kind of know about the lw rotors as I was the guy that first sent them a rear oem rs4 rotor to get the measurements.
MRC .... Mihnea kind of blew it when he came to Romania with the 500 hp b5 s4 . A friend of mine tuned his rs6 with them and since became King of Europe in the drag races. 10.9 s in the quarter mile with a 2 ton car. Think about that.
The point was that there`s nothing exciting . Nobody cracking open engines .
What I mean is that in this natural progression things have slowed down. Either that or they haven`t been posted.

As far as cracking open engines I agree 100%. I'd love to see cams, ported heads, a stroker kit etc etc. But, as we've learned or or heard, many of these wish list items are going to either take a ton of time to develope properly or a ton of money to invest in the R&D process - actually it will take both. There aren't enough B7 RS4's in existence to justify most involved projects. In addition, you yourself shared your thoughts on the stroker kit - we already have a piston that travels at near F1 speeds. Our block isn't built with tons of extra room for boring or sleeving cylinders.
My thought is it will be blowers all the way that makes the RS4 into a new beast.
You should've kept on pushing the NOS envelope. A final reliable product would have been well received if proven.
I can see your side of it as far as excitement but for me the potential of the blowers (JHM in particular) has me looking forward to the future of the RS4.
