Cool RS4 With 140,000 Miles Came Up From Maryland For A Carbon Cleaning

This is a customers RS4 with 140K miles (highest we've done by far). This car never had a cleaning done at all and it definitely needed it! Upon removing the IM we saw the buildup was much worse than normal. After a certain point it gets worse as mileage gets higher and the material seems to get denser, it's tough to explain but that is the trend we're seeing. Onto the pictures & video. Enjoy!

Have done a few, not as many as the RS4's because usually their mileage is lower.

thats crazy man..... i bet he was amazed when he drove home at all the power he gained from a cleaning!

Kai - from what i hear is it true the R8 is not at bad because they have a different Evap system slightly? I hear things from time to time and wonder if they are true, and since Dave mentioned i thought i would ask.

They have a different oil system therefore the buildup isn't as bad as the RS4's but it is still there to affect performance.
