EA knows how difficult it is to keep your club organized with members locations, schedules, etc. Email can only do so much and other social networking sites are difficult to share content and information. We know how important it is for your club to have one centralized location where you can all communicate, plan, organize and discuss club details. Forums are a good answer, but it is not very ideal when the whole world can see all of your stuff. Wouldn't it be nice to just have your own forum where ONLY members can gain access? We happily offer clubs an option for their own private section here on EA. A few benefits of having your own private section include:
  • One Centralized Location: Now you have the ability to have your club members located in one place. No more surfing several mediums to find out news and information about your club
  • Privacy: Share all of your club sensitive information with members ONLY! Non-members will not have access to your private section
  • Convenience: Members can check in and go when they please. Information will be accessible at all times

What are the prerequisites to getting a Private Section?

We only have a few requirements to grant your club a section of its own:
  • Official Club: Your car club must be a physical entity. Basically this means your club must hold meets, get together, events, shows, etc. No Social Groups will be allowed a private section.
  • Member Requirement: A minimum member requirement for your own forum is 8 individuals. Clubs with less than 8 members will not be permitted their own forum
  • Official Name & Logo: Clubs must establish an Official name and have a logo for their club.
