It did get a lot better through the season. Tanner needs to relax or something.

Just saw the last episode and I must say that I couldn't take my eyes off the gorgeous chick behind whatever star they had on. Then when they were switching segments I didn't pay attention what they were saying because I was looking for her in the crowd.
If you notice, starting during one of the earlier seasons you will 95% of the time see a very attractive girl behind Hammond during the news section. They definitely place these girls there on purpose. They have had some real lookers standing back there over the years.
I watched E4 of the UK Top Gear last night. The segment with the Lotus "F1" car was awesome. I would love to be able to get a chance to take that thing around the car.
I also thought the last bit with the home demolition was hilarious. I was dying when Jeremy put on the EOD suit and walked toward the detonator.

Kind of off topic, but did anyone see Stig walking around in the background at X-Games?
Seems like the most appropriate place for this

Been slacking on Top Gear lately. Still have the UK series finale and a handful of the American episodes

Anyone getting ready for the new seasons coming up soon?
Holiday special of the UK show will be airing at the end of December, followed by their winter season. Also looking forward to the American Top Gear coming back in February.

Hell yea UK Top Gear!! I am a season behind on the US stuff. Gotta catch up.
Anyone catch the India Special last night on the UK Top Gear?
Going to watch it tonight when i get home. Really looking forward to it! The destination specials are some of the best episodes they do.
Anyone disappointed about the cancellation of the Australia version of the show? Never got a chance to watch them yet, but hate to see any version of Top Gear go away.

I'll be watching it tonight also.
The Christmas Special in India didn't disappoint at all. It was hilarious when the train split the banners that they hung on the outside of the train...
You can use your imagination and see what they said after it happened. There were also a shit load of nice cars that showed up to the night party in India...
Saw a Gallardo, Ferrari 458, couple E92 M3's, Range Rovers, etc. I was also surprised as to how hot some of those Indian girls were... damn!
And of course... Clarkson gets called out for racism... again

That was a pretty good special. I was somewhat dissapointed that the only explosion was in a garage.
New season of Top Gear starts Sunday.
So. Excited.
Yeah, really looking forward to it. Can't wait!

Once I get out of class I'm gonna watch it!
That was a pretty good episode. I wish the Stig would take the car around the track to see if he could beat the Ferrari's time with the Lambo.
Great episode i thought. Finally got a chance to sit down and watch it last night before bed. The Aventador is such an amazing machine. I would love to see one of those in person.
Hell, any of those cars would be amazing to see in person. Looking forward to this weekends episode!

I just finished up Season 2 of Top Gear America. Those guys really stepped up their game for that season, and everyone seemed to relax a little bit. I really liked the $500 car challenge; I like all of the cheap car challenges actually.
Def can't wait for Season 3 of TGA and to start Season 18 of the Original.
Just watched the first half of Episode 1 Season 18 (I fell asleep during the Will I Am Interview).
That was awesome what they did at that test track. Tough to fathom that an 8 mile in circumference circular track is over 2 miles in diameter! You could likely fit all of Hamburg and O'burg inside of it with room to spare. Mind boggling to think of what went into building it, and the fact that you can obviously still do over 200 mph on that thing.
Will I Am also has his fingers into more things then I can possibly imagine. He is also a bit weird lol
He is definitely am interesting guy, but yeah a little on the strange side.
Hoping to watch Episode 2 tonight.

I'm going to download episode 2 tonight and hopefully watch it tomorrow night.
Lets discuss on Friday![]()
Got a chance to watch Episode 2 last night. I thought it was a really good one. Really cool segment with Hammond at the NASCAR event.
I liked the last bit with Jeremy and James going to China to test some of their cars. The ninja Stig was hilarious trying to fight everyone. LOL at the end... "In the plums!"
I also got a good laugh with their crash test safety on the Chinese cars... lol

Anyone watch th episode last night? Going to grab it tonight, but most likely won't be able to watch it until later this week.
American Top Gear also starts this week. Looking forward to see what they are up this season.

The NASCAR thing was quite awesome. I used to have 0 respect for those guys until I actually sat down and watched a race one day lol. Those cars slide all over the place; they are also insane w/left foot braking. I remember watching an interview where a driver said at certain tracks they just keep the gas pedal mashed all the time, and use the brakes in the corners. This way they NEVER lift off! Bonkers.
The Chinese part was pretty funny too, stig lol. China is no joke with copying designs/software etc. Some reps for SolidWorks told me they have only "officially" sold a few dozen/hundred copies of a P.D.M. plug-in over there, yet it seems everyone has it.
Didn't catch it. I'll probably nab it when I get back from work tonight and watch tomorrow. Kinda pumped for Top Gear U.S. now that I finally finished Season 2. I want to see some ZL1 action.
I think you and I are the only ones on this forum that actually watch the show...
I didn't know that the cars used in NASCAR were so crude and difficult to drive. That little segment that they did gave me a new found respect for the sport, although i will prolly still never watch it.
I must say by quick look they do a pretty damn good job at copying over there in China. The "X5" they had looked identical to the real BMW version here in the states.

I watch it! Last nights episode was ok, it wasn't bad just not as good as the first 2 IMHO. I was dying when Hammond blew up the wrong trailer though hahahaha
Yea Joey, I'm pretty sure we're the only two running this thread lol.Sit down and actually watch the cars one day when NASCAR is on. You'll be surprised at how much they move.
I'm probably going out to Vegas in a few months, I'm thinking a Richard Petty Driving experience is in order if I feel like dropping the $$$. Its like Five-Hundred bucks to drive a few laps lol.
