"No, douchebags that have a ton of stickers (DOPE and shocker), neon colored wheels, and flat bill hats with "I heart haters" printed on them say hella. This stanced, hellaflush ******ry is so annoying and never happened until these cars started being priced below $15k." -Fourplay
So where we driving? I kinda like the idea of going through CT, I get to drive down to Jersey and then start driving back to Mass straight away![]()

I was thinking about CT...won't we have to go pretty far up to get away from nasty roads and traffic?
That reminded me of something I saw in the Wall Street Journal earlier this year. Not sure if it would work but thought I'd share anyway.

Here's an East Coast drive that's within easy reach for New York metro area residents. Start at Port Jervis, N.Y., on Interstate 84, roll through town on U.S. Route 6 (an old-fashioned pre-Eisenhower blue highway that can take you most of the way from Boston to Los Angeles) and then hop on State Route 97 northwest along the Delaware River. There are plenty of ups and downs as you motor through one of the wildest stretches of river country this close to the coast in the Northeast.
Stop for lunch in my old hometown of Callicoon, N.Y., then head back to the city on Route 17B, a narrow two-lane road made for winding out sports cars—if only I had owned one as a high school student.
The original site of the 1969 Woodstock music festival is down a side road near Bethel, N.Y. just off Route 17B on the way to Monticello, where you can pick up the Route 17 freeway for the trip back to Metropolis.
Drive time: About 70 miles and two to three hours.
when is this going to be?
