It was a result of shotty parts and turns out it effected the stock parts which now has cost me 400 bucks plus a tow, so I'm not the happiest camper right now... Believe me I want To make it.

How many miles did you put on the car??? I did 12k already this year, I know you didn't drive that much... So suck it!!!

Last update before the rally! We have just around 100 cars who confirmed they are coming out this weekend. There is still time to increase that number by telling your family and friends! This is going to one rally to remember so don't miss out!

We will be raffling a Garmin Nuvi 1350LMT at the end of the rally this year. Grab your raffle tickets during the course of the run to have a chance to win this awesome gift!

We also have a lot of cool prizes from detailing equipment to gift cards for the winners of the poker run! Are you feeling lucky?

With that being said I don't really see any further updates coming so here are a couple of things to remember:
    • Waivers: Please fill out and print your waivers and bring them with you. Please, don't forget because we will only have a limited amount at registration. This goes for both Driver and Passenger waivers.
    • Time: Please try and plan accordingly. We will be making every attempt to leave around 9AM from the Costco lot so please be on time.
    • Gas: Fill up your tank before you arrive at the starting point. There rally is a little over 100 miles total so to avoid stopping during the middle of the run please be prepared.
    • EZ-Pass / Change: There is one toll during this course of this run. The location is the Delaware Wap Gap on the border of NJ/PA, which charges .75 cent per car.

Everyone have a safe trip to the starting point! See you all bright and early Sunday!!!

I almost forgot about tomorrow, but I'm planning on coming up. I wanted to bring the avant, but it has a torn CV joint and it's running in limp mode right now. It has to be something with the N75, or an EGT, or something else stupid, but I haven't figured it out yet. Joey, please save me some decals this time.

RALLY STATUS: 100% ON FOR TOMORROW- August 14, 2011

    All,

We have been getting a couple of inquiries about the rally tomorrow with some rain in the forecast. We have been monitoring the weather forecasts all day and have decided that the rally will take place tomorrow no matter what. As of now there is less than a 50% chance of rain at every 5 stopping locations during the course of the run during the time the event is taking place.

We anticipate reaching the final destination around 1PM tomorrow. The percentages of rain are only high during the evening; long after we are done with the event. If we are lucky we will see no rain at all. The plus side to all of this is that it won't be disgustingly hot out as it usually is for the runs during this time of year!

I urge you all to spread the word and come out tomorrow to participate in a great event for the EFNJ. We have the numbers for a record showing so lets make it happen! Don't let a little chance of rain take away from fun filled day for everyone!

We are looking forward to seeing you all in the morning. Drive safe and get ready for some fun!

Good! I hate to think that some people might opt out because they are afraid of a little water!

You have a PM about this, if it sent. I'll be there a few minutes before 8. Green Talon Tsi.

    Anybody coming from NYC?
I should be getting off work at either 7:00 or 7:30am. I can meet someone around that time and head out together or I'll just go solo -_-
I'll be on the upper west side.

EDIT: I just read the prizes info: We also have a lot of cool prizes from detailing equipment to gift cards for the winners of the poker run
=O I never knew people actually go for it to be first, i always just cruised around with the group lol

The toll is $1.00. I went thru it last night on my way home from the Island drag strip.

Well every Rally someone always races to each checkpoint to be first. But you win by having the best hands in the Poker cards. You could win even if you show up dead last. It's all about the cruising aspect.

So bummed i'm missing an RFR, Identity Fesitval tomorrow doesn't come around NJ often so I'll catch you guys at the next one. Drive smart. Hope no more pulls at the PA border by our lovely staties.
