I purchased & paid for led tail lights from Dectane GMBH for my RS4 on 29th June 2011. Despite several emails requesting the dispatch status I have to date not received any proper answer. All the response repeatedly advise that the shipment was sent in error to the wrong country and that I should be patient. Firstly it was not my fault that Dectane sent the item to the wrong country, secondly I received an email yesterday from DHL advising that I should contact the shipper Dectane in Germany to lodge an incident report and thereafter wait another 4-8 weeks. Are these people on crack ?

I have requested a refund and have not received any response yet.
